Course Memo
Remediation - First of a three part series on the Pharmacist Patient Care Process (PPCP). This course will emphasize the “Collect” and “Assess” portions of the PPCP cycle, and reinforce/apply the “Collaborate”, “Communicate”, and “Document” skills presented earlier in the curriculum. Teaches the fundamentals of physical assessment and presentations for commonly occurring disease states; reinforces the correct method of measuring blood pressure, and other vital signs, including BMI and the correct interpretation of results, and counseling points, as well as commonly employed medical terminology.
