Course Memo

Studies the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination of medications in the body; describes the effect of physiological changes on the distribution and elimination of medications from the body including introduction to pharmacogenomics concepts; evaluates the use of formulas and nomograms to design individualized drug dosage regimens including changes in plasma protein binding, hepatic dysfunction, and renal impairment.
