This course studies the anatomy, special considerations in pathophysiology, pharmacology, therapeutics, clinical pharmacokinetics, patient care, alternative/complementary therapies, pharmacoeconomic issues, medication use in special populations, and review of pertinent drug literature as they relate to special populations.
